BroadShield’s in-person or online virtual training is delivered by our sister company CareShield with knowledgeable and skilled tutors, who aim to create an informative and engaging environment.

CareShield tutors specialise in delivering training tailored to the different levels of experience and responsibilities of the learners attending the session.

• Virtual Face-to-Face (1d)
  online courses run by a tutor in real-time

• In-person Face-to-Face (1d)
  courses run by a tutor, usually at the clients own venue​

• Well-Led (4d)
  a four day programme for managers, usually run 1 day / week for 4-5 weeks. Available online or in-person (min. 8 delegates)

• Lead to Succeed (5d)
  a five day programme for managers, usually run 1 day / week for 4-5 weeks. Available online or in-person (min. 8 delegates)
